Beta Terms of Service

1. Agreement and beta status

These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of FRFR. By continuing through the sign-in flow with its policy notice, or selecting “Agree and continue” when reviewing an update, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. The beta may contain defects, change, become unavailable, or lose data. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features while testing the service.

2. Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. FRFR is not directed to minors. Use an email address, phone number, or supported provider account you are authorized to use. Keep access to your device, sign-in links and verification codes secure, and report suspected unauthorized access. You may not transfer an account or impersonate another person. To add a sign-in method to an existing page, use Sign-in methods in Settings; independently signing up with another identity may create a separate account.

3. What fr fr. does

FRFR lets you create a personal page with work, interests, photos, projects and other cards, and share it through a profile link. Discovery, card responses and conversations are made available gradually; joining early access does not guarantee a date or access. Existing beta members may have features not yet offered to new accounts. FRFR is not an emergency service, identity- or age-verification service, background-check service, or guarantee of professional opportunities or compatible connections.

4. Your interactions and safety

You decide what to share, whom to contact, and whether to meet. We do not verify another member’s identity, age, intentions, qualifications, or location. A recommendation, public profile or message is not an endorsement or safety guarantee. Use independent judgment, report or block abusive profiles, and contact local emergency services in an emergency.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use FRFR to harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, stalk, exploit, traffic, discriminate against, or violate the rights or privacy of another person; facilitate sexual exploitation or interactions involving minors; share unlawful, non-consensual, or invasive content; distribute malware; scrape the service; probe its security; bypass access controls; or automate abusive activity. Do not send spam or publish another person’s private information without permission. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or legal rights.

6. Photos and other content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it and grant FRFR a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display it solely to operate, secure, and support the service. Your visibility choices determine what FRFR publishes. Public pages and cards can be linked to, copied or captured by others. When a card response starts a conversation, a snapshot of that card is retained for the participants even if you later change or remove the original card. Removing the connection or deleting either account removes that conversation and context from both participants’ access, subject to separate abuse-report or legal retention. We may remove content for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

7. Sign-in and notifications

When you request an email sign-in link or SMS code, you request that transactional message to the address or number you enter. Carrier message and data rates may apply to SMS. Available third-party sign-in methods also depend on their providers’ rules. Links, codes and notifications can expire, be delayed or fail because of carrier, browser, device, network or provider conditions. Do not rely on FRFR as your only safety or communication method.

8. External services

Profile links, shared work, documents and sign-in providers may take you to services we do not control. Their terms, availability, and privacy practices apply. Check the destination before sharing information or completing an action.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and deleted. You authorize processing as needed to provide features you request, subject to applicable law.

10. Beta service and warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fr fr. is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the service will meet your expectations. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fr fr. and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for injuries, disputes, lost data, lost opportunities, missed plans, or events arising from real-world interactions or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold harmless fr fr. and its operator from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the service, your submitted content, or your material violation of these Terms. This does not require you to cover claims caused by conduct for which fr fr. is legally responsible.

13. Termination

You may stop using fr fr. and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service integrity, or material violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including content rights already exercised, disclaimers, liability limits, and responsibility for misuse—will survive.

14. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; the operator may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer of the service. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the beta, except where applicable law provides additional rights that cannot be waived.

15. Changes, reports, and contact

Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice and renewed acceptance. Report abuse, unauthorized content, security issues, or legal concerns to contact@frfr.link. If you do not agree to an updated version, you can stop using the service and use Settings to request a copy of your data or delete your account.
